What we do

Our firefighters are based across Kent and Medway, working at or out of one of our 55 fire stations, or headquarters in Maidstone.

Our on-call firefighters are called upon when needed. They respond to incidents and emergencies from within their communities.

Control operators answer 999 calls and co-ordinate the attendance of fire engines and firefighters at emergency incidents.
