Supplier code of conduct

The authority works in a responsible, ethical and open way and we expect the same from our suppliers. We have set out the standards, values and behaviours we expect from our suppliers in our Supplier Code of Conduct . We ask suppliers to confirm that they will work with us to protect and respect human rights. Our focus on ethical conduct also extends to the tax conduct of our suppliers and potential suppliers. This is reinforced by the Procurement Act 2023, which requires the mandatory exclusion of suppliers involved in certain offences, including tax-related offences.
