Firefighting operations at the scene of a crop fire on Oxenturn Road in Wye, Ashford have now been completed. Fire crews will revisit the area in the early hours of Sunday to ensure it remains safe. No casualties were reported, and the cause has not yet been confirmed.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service is currently at the scene of a crop fire on Oxenturn Road in Wye, Ashford. Ten fire engines are in attendance, and crews are working to extinguish the flames and prevent any fire spread. More to follow.
