Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Road crash involving a car - Biddenden

Incident details

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a road crash on High Halden Road involving a car that was on its side and a female was trapped. Crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof of the car to free the woman. Crews assisted with first aid and the casualty was placed in the care of paramedics. Firefighters made the scene safe.
