Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Crews remove unsafe roof tiles in Gillingham
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a large section of roof tiles which had fallen from a property in Windmill Road, Gillingham. 
 
Two fire engines and a height vehicle attended, and crews removed any remaining loose tiles that were overhanging a footpath, before making the scene safe. 
 
No casualties were reported.
