Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Field fire in Paddock Wood
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a field fire on Wagon Lane in Paddock Wood. Two fire engines were sent to the scene and crews arrived to approximately two hectares of grass alight. Firefighters used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames. No casualties were reported.
