Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a flat fire in London Road, Swanley.
Four fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using hose reel jets.
No injuries have been reported, and KFRS’ volunteer response team were on-hand to offer advice and support to affected residents.
The cause is not yet known.
