Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of an HGV on its side near Junction 2 for Darenth Interchange.
Three fire engines and the technical rescue unit attended, and crews used hydraulic equipment to release the driver of the vehicle, who was passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics.
Kent Police also attended.
