Update at 12.05pm on 8 March:
Two fire engines remain in attendance at a home in Dymchurch Road, Hythe, where crews are continuing to dampen down any remaining hotspots.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using hose reel jets, main jets and fog spikes.
KFRS' Volunteer Response Team also attended to provide support to the affected residents.
The single-storey property was not occupied at the time of the fire and no injuries have been reported. Dymchurch Road will also be reopened shortly.
The cause is not yet known.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service is in attendance at a building fire in Dymchurch Road, Hythe.
Seven fire engines and a height vehicle have been sent to the scene, where crews wearing breathing apparatus are using hose reel jets and main jets to extinguish the flames.
The road has been closed while firefighting operations continue.
