Final Update - 2.45pm

Crews are no longer advising people to keep their doors and windows shut if they live near Carter's Hill, Sevenoaks following a fire in an agricultural building earlier today.

At the height of the incident six fire engines and a bulk water carrier used main jets to extinguish the flames. 

There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.

Crews are asking people living near Carter's Hill in Sevenoaks to close their windows and doors due to a large smoke plume coming from an agricultural building fire.

Six fire engines and a bulk water carrier are currently in attendance and firefighters are working to extinguish the flames using main jets.
