Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Road crash on M20 near Folkestone
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a road crash on the M20 between a car and a lorry. The incident happened on the London bound carriageway between junctions 12 and 11. There were no people trapped, however a female in her 20s was injured. Crews made the area safe. The injured passenger was left with Kent Police awaiting the arrival of ambulance paramedics.
