Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Grafty green chimney fire
Incident details
Fire crews were called to a house in Liverton Hill last night. They had to dismantle and remove a wood burning stove using small tools and chimney kit to put the fire out. By 11.46pm the fire was extinguished and a thermal survey was carried out to check for hot spots. They left the property shortly after midnight.
