Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Fire in domestic garages - Ashford
Incident details
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled a blaze in three domestic garages in South Motto, Kingsnorth, Ashford. Crews used compressed air foam from high-pressure hose reel jets to protect neighbouring homes and prevent fire spread. 
 
There are no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
