Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Bungalow fire Ramsgate
Incident details
KFRS crews were called to a fire in two semi detached bungalows in Derwent Road Ramsgate The fire was located in the roof space.  Crews used breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and a main jet to tackle the fire and a positive ventilation fan to clear smoke. Firefighters rescued a dog from one of the bungalows.
