Man freed from car after Herne Bay crash

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a crash involving a vehicle hitting a post box on Beacon Hill, Herne Bay. Two fire engines attended and crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the car roof and free a man trapped inside. He was passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics, as was a woman who was out of the vehicle upon arrival.
