Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a kitchen fire in Cotton Lane, Greenhithe.
Two fire engines attended, and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet.
No injuries have been reported, and the cause is believed to be linked to electrical wiring.
