Firefighting operations are now complete at this incident.
At the height of the incident, nine fire engines and a height vehicle attended. Crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used main jets to extinguish the fire.
There are no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.

Crews are continuing extinguish the fire and dampen down hotspots at the derelict building fire on Seabrook Road in Hythe.

Advice for those living or travelling near Seabrook Road in Hythe, to keep windows and doors closed due to smoke, is no longer in place.
Two fire engines and a height vehicle are currently in attendance. The KFRS Technical Rescue Unit are also in attendance, assisting to extinguish remaining hotspots.
There are no reported injuries.
