Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to Dungeness Road in Lydd near Romney Marsh to a crash involving two cars. Two fire engines attended and crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof of one vehicle, freeing one male casualty trapped inside. He was passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics.
