Update: 

The fire is now out and duty of care has been left with Network Rail and British Transport Police. 

One person was passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics after sustaining a minor burn. 

Initial update: 

Kent Fire and Rescue Service is responding to reports of a fire at a railway station in Rathmore Road, Gravesend. 

Four fire engines are in attendance. 

It’s believed an electrical box has caught alight and spread to the railway bank. Crews are using hose reel jets and fire extinguishers to extinguish the flames.
