Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to assist SECAmb following a crash between two vehicles on the M2 near Gillingham.
Four fire engines attended, and crews assisted the ambulance in extricating three people from the vehicles, who was then passed into the care of SECAmb.
Crews then worked to make the scene safe. Kent Air Ambulance and Kent Police also attended.
