It is believed the fire started accidentally and has been linked to a discarded battery.

Three fire engines and a height vehicle remain in attendance, checking for hotspots.

The advice to keep windows and doors close due to smoke in the area of Clipper Close, Rochester, remains in place.

Five fire engines and a height vehicle remain in attendance at this incident.

Crews are using main-jets and ground monitors to contain the fire and are making good progress to extinguish the flames.
