The advice to keep windows and doors close due to smoke in the area of Clipper Close, Rochester, remains in place.
Five fire engines and a height vehicle remain in attendance at this incident.
Crews are using main-jets and ground monitors to contain the fire and are making good progress to extinguish the flames.
