Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a garden fire on Main Road, Hoo, near Rochester.
Two fire engines attended and crews used hose reel jets and drag rakes to extinguish the fire.
There are no reported injuries and the cause is believed to be an unattended bonfire.
