People living or working near to Gas Road in Sittingbourne are still being advised to close windows and doors due to smoke coming from an incident.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus are using hose reel jets and main jets to extinguish the fire, which involves electrical waste at an industrial premises.
No injuries have been reported.

Firefighters are continuing to make steady progress at the scene of a fire involving electrical waste at an industrial premises in Gas Road, Sittingbourne.
Seven fire engines and a bulk water carrier are in attendance, as well as the technical rescue unit.
Due to smoke coming from the incident, people in the area are still advised to keep windows and doors closed.

Crews are advising people living in Kemsley to close their windows and doors as the wind direction has changed and smoke from the fire is now moving towards the area.
Six fire engines remain in attendance and crews are working hard to extinguish the fire.
