Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a field alight on North Farm Lane in Tunbridge Wells.

At the height of the incident, ten fire engines, a bulk water carrier and two utility terrain vehicles attended. Crews used beaters and utility terrain vehicles to extinguish the fire.

Crews will be revisiting the site at 6.30am to check for hotspots.

There are no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
