Mixed use farms
If you use buildings on your farm or land for purposes such as offices, holiday lets, B&B, Air BnB, farm shops, or other forms of small non-domestic premises, you will need to consider the fire safety requirements for them. These will vary dependent on the premises and its use, but for the majority, you will need to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment. This is an assessment carried out by your Responsible Person and considers the possible fire risks in your premises and what you can do to remove or reduce them.
