Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Person rescued from crash in Dover
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a person trapped in a car following a crash near the junction of Ladywell and Maison Dieu Road, in Dover. 
 
Three fire engines attended and crews stabilised the vehicle, which was on its side, before using electric tools to remove part of the roof. 
 
Firefighters then released the casualty, who was passed into the care of SECAmb.
