Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a fire at a derelict nightclub in East Hill, Ashford.
Three fire engines were sent to the scene, and crews used hose reel jets and a covering jet to extinguish the flames.
No injuries were reported, and the cause is believed to be suspicious.
