Firefighting operations have now ended at the scene of a pallet fire in the yard of an Asda store in Westwood Cross, Broadstairs.

The cause of the fire is not yet known and there are no reported injuries.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service is at the scene of a fire involving a large number of pallets, in the yard of an Asda store in Westwood Cross, Broadstairs.

Four fire engines are in attendance, and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, are using main jets to extinguish the fire.

The building has been evacuated.
