The advice for those travelling or living near Old Romney,  to keep windows and doors closed, is no longer in place.

Firefighting operations are now complete at this incident.

Six fire engines, a bulk water carrier and a height vehicle attended, whilst crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used main jets and CAFS to extinguish the fire.

There are no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
