Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a commercial building fire in Tower View, Kings Hill.
Two fire engines attended and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used dry powder to extinguish the flames.
There were no reported injuries and the cause is accidental, thought to be from a fuse board that had caught a server cabinet alight.
