Firefighting operations are now complete at a derelict building on Vale Road in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
No injuries have been reported and the cause is not yet known.

People living or travelling near Vale Road in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells are no longer being advised to keep windows and doors closed following smoke from a fire at a derelict building. London Road has now reopened, and crews are no longer advising people travelling to avoid the area.
One fire engine, a height vehicle and a support pump remain in attendance, crews are working to make the scene safe.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service has been called to reports of a fire in a derelict building on Vale Road in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
Crews are advising people living or travelling near Vale Road in Southborough to close their windows and doors due to a large plume of smoke. People are also being advised to avoid the area due to congestion on London Road and Vale Road.
Four fire engines are currently in attendance, and crews wearing breathing apparatus are using hose-reel jets and main jets to extinguish the flames.
