Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a fire at a restaurant in High Street, Aylesford.
Control operators sent eight fire engines to the scene, as well as a bulk water carrier and a height vehicle.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using hose reel jets and main jets.
No injuries have been reported, and the cause is not yet known.
