Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a house fire on Meadow Bank Road, Chatham.
Four fire engines attended, and crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using a hose reel jet.
Four people were passed into the care of SECAmb paramedics.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
