Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a field fire at Vicarage Road in Yalding, Maidstone.
Nine fire engines and a bulk water carrier attended, and crews used hose reel jets and flexi packs to extinguish the flames. Local farming machinery was also used to create fire breaks and prevent additional spread.
There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
