Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to reports of a fire at a three-storey premises in Dartford High Street. Two fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire on the first floor. A high pressure fan was used to clear the building of smoke. The cause is not known at this stage and there were no reported casualties.
