Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a car alight on the London-bound carriageway of the M20, just before Junction 3 for the M26. Two fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel jets to extinguish the flames. It's believed the fire, which completely destroyed the vehicle, started in the engine.No casualties were reported.
