Post-event survey competition to win a free fire station visit - terms and conditions
By entering into the post-event survey competition organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
In order to enter the prize draw, you must:
- Complete the post-event survey sent to you via email, and provide a valid email address at the end of the survey.
- The Prize Draw is open to all residents in Kent and Medway who attended either Safer Sheppey or Safety Thanet, and completed the post-event survey.
- No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this Prize Draw.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.
- If the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified, Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, and thereafter until one (1) winner has been successfully contacted.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service does not accept any responsibility for travel arrangements or costs incurred by the winner or their guests if they choose to collect the prize from a Kent Fire and Rescue Service premises.
- Information regarding personal data which is provided by you when you enter will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Kent Fire and Rescue Service or a third party, then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.

Rural Plan consultation competition to win £200 of shopping vouchers – terms and conditions
By entering into the Rural Plan consultation – organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
In order to be considered for the prize, you must:
Complete the survey, using a valid email address
- The competition is open to all residents in Kent and Medway who complete the survey
- A winner will be picked from the entries received by 20 October 2025 . The winner will be contacted via the email address used to submit their survey response.
- The decision is not negotiable
- No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this competition.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.

The Byrnes Family colouring competitions - terms and conditions
By entering into The Byrnes Family colouring competition organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
In order to enter the prize draw, you must:
- Colour/decorate The Byrnes Family on the competition page (with stickers) inside the ‘Road Trip to a Safe Summer’ booklet
- The person colouring in should be 11-years-old or under
- An adult must post a photo of the colouring in page from the ‘Road Trip to a Safe Summer’ booklet on The Byrnes Family Facebook page to be in with a chance of winning a Byrnes Family t-shirt for the child who completed the colouring
- The Prize Draw is open to all residents in Kent and Medway who pick up a ‘Road Trip to a Safe Summer’ booklet from an event or other site distributing the booklet.
- Every six months from Thursday 13 June 2024 until the booklets are out of circulation, a winner will be picked from the entries received during that period. The winner will be contacted via The Byrnes Family Facebook page, and they will receive a Byrnes Family t-shirt. The prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.

Summer Open Day, colouring competition to win tickets to Howletts and Port Lympne animal parks - terms and conditions
By entering into the ‘Summer Open Day, Colouring competition’ organised by Kent Fire and Rescue Service, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
In order to enter the prize draw, you must:
Draw a picture from any of our summer open day events and email it to [email protected]
- The competition is open to all residents in Kent and Medway, but not open to any Kent Fire and Rescue Service employee.
- Only one entry per family needs to be completed.
- No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter into this competition.
- Tickets will be in the form of a park e-gift card to the value of a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) at time of purchase. Allowing entry to either Howletts or Port Lympne.
- Closing date for all entries will be on Sunday 10 November 2024.
- One draw will take place on Monday 11 November 2024, and one winner will be selected at random.
- The prize is not negotiable, transferable or returnable.
- Once the winner has been identified and contact made, if the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified, Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, and thereafter until one (1) winner has been successfully contacted.
- The winner must collect the prize from Kent Fire and Rescue Service HQ in The Godlands, Straw Mill Hill, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6XB; or from the closest Wholetime Station.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the prize, to the fullest extent that this is permissible by law.
- The winner's name shall be made available on the website and social media.
- Kent Fire and Rescue Service reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of their reasonable control or if in their absolute discretion consider it necessary.
