Response
Neil is responsible for the management and improvement of the service’s operational performance to enable Kent Fire and Rescue Service to deliver the best operational response.
He ensures adequate resources are maintained, provides strategic advice and support to resolve operational incidents.
Neil is also responsible for the development of operational policy, as well as procurement and assessment of vehicles, equipment, and evaluates and monitors performance.
Neil also attends and resolves operational incidents, as well as being part of the corporate management cell in the event of a major emergency.
