Kent Fire and Rescue Service researchers are looking to better understand who our local residents are, and what you know about who we are.
We are collecting information about what people know about the fire service, and what their needs might be in relation to fire safety. We would really appreciate if you could take 15 minutes to answer some questions so that we can ensure our services meet the needs of people living in Kent and Medway.
The information you provide in the questionnaire will help make sure that our services are meeting the needs of our customers, so together we are creating a safer future for Kent and Medway.
