Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Deer rescued from water in Tonbridge
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a deer stranded in water at Haysden Country Park, Tonbridge. 
 
One fire engine attended, as well as the animal rescue and water safety units. 
 
Crews used an inflatable raft and reach poles to bring the deer back onto dry land and into the care of the RSPCA, before it was safely released.
