Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Shed and fence fire in Northfleet
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a fence fire on Aspdin Road in Northfleet. Two fire engines were sent to the scene and crews arrived to a shed, fence and large tree alight. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the flames using hose reel jets. No casualties were reported and the cause is not currently known.
