Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Shed fire in Paddock Wood
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a shed fire at a home in Cogate Road, Paddock Wood. Fire control received a large number of calls about the incident and three fire engines were mobilised. Crews arrived at the address to find a shed well alight. The people living there were all waiting outside. Crews extinguished the fire. There were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire isn't known at this stage.
