Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Bathroom fire in Whitstable
Incident details
Firefighters were called to a fire in the cavity wall of a the first-floor bathroom of a two-storey house in Seamore Avenue, Whitstable. Crews wearing breathing apparatus cut away the wall to access the fire which they extinguished using a hose reel.
