Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Wood burner causes chimney blaze - Bobbing near Sittingbourne
Incident details
Two fire engines, one from Sittingbourne and one from Rainham, sent to deal with a fire in a wood burner and chimney flue in Howt Green, Sheppey Way, Bobbing. 
 
There were no reported injuries and the cause is thought to be accidental.
