Kent Fire and Rescue Service attends a range of incidents including fires, road crashes, flooding, rescues from height, mud or confined spaces. It also supports other agencies including Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Martime and Coastguard Agency on a regular basis.

Single Car Crash - Hawkhurst
Incident details
Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a single car crash on Cranbrook Road. Crews arrived to find a woman in her 20s trapped in her car. Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to open the door of the car to free the woman. Care of the woman was handed to paramedics. Crews made the scene safe.
