Firefighters were called to a two car road crash on the A268 between Flimwell and Hawkhurst at 7.43pm. Three fire engines were sent, two from Kent and one from East Sussex.The road was closed by Kent Police while the emergency services dealt with the incident. A woman and a baby were out of one of the vehicles when crews arrived. Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof of both vehicles to release two male drivers. All four casualties have been taken to hospital.
