The Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority Community Risk Management Plan and Survey 2023
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, whether it’s responding to incidents, our prevention and protection services, or working alongside other agencies.
To make sure we provide the best service for the people of Kent and Medway, we produce a Community Risk Management Plan (our plan). This looks at the risks and challenges we think may affect the county and the services we provide in the future.
On 1 November 2023 we launched a public consultation accompanied by our 2023/24 plan 'Creating a safer future - together' and a public survey. The consultation and survey closed on 1 February 2024 and generated 1,859 responses.
Survey results
A report on the findings of our survey which closed at midnight on 1 February 2024 has now been published following presentation to Kent and Medway Fire and Rescue Authority on 20 February.
